Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, all sales are final. STELL☆R Sterling Co. does not accept returns or offer refunds.

Made-to-order rings may be exchanged for a different size of the same design. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the ring must be returned in its original, unworn condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Collection pieces, custom pieces, and all other items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at stellaraichle3@gmail.com so the issue can be resolved.

Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in texture, finish, and appearance are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.
