Processing Time

Pieces within each collection are already made and ready to ship. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces require additional production time and typically ship within 1–2 weeks.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, STELL☆R Sterling Co. ships only within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays & Service Interruptions

While every effort is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing and delivery times may vary. STELL☆R Sterling Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
